Return Policy

We know that losing a loved one is difficult enough. Your satisfaction with our products is important to us. If you need to return a product, email returns@upliftingurns.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll be happy to begin the return or exchange process. 

Once the product has been returned to us, we can refund the purchase price.

Please note the following:

• We cannot accept returns of urns or cremation jewelry that have been filled with your loved one's ashes (even if you empty the ashes, we cannot accept the return).
• Orders over 30 days are unable to be returned.
• We are unable to accept returns if there is damage that occurred outside of manufacturing or transport.
• Ground shipping through our vendor is the only refundable option for returns. Expedited shipping or use of non-approved vendors will not be reimbursed.
